Trail running is an activity which involves running and hiking over trails often in areas of outstanding natural beauty. Running trails is continuously growing in popularity, as people enjoying being in nature whilst exercising.

Trail running uses your core muscles, especially during more technical trails, (rocky ground) so running trails gives you a stronger core without having to do sit-ups.

Run Injury Free

You are less likely to become injured during running trails as often the ground is softer than when running on roads, this is better for your joints. Your feet are constantly changing angle when they land which means you are less likely to get repetitive stain injury.
