It is important to stress that every one of my clients are different, in shape, in age, in size and levels of fitness. Therefore, each person has a unique, bespoke programme tailored for them. I speak to all of my clients first to make sure we both understand what it is they want to achieve from hiring a personal trainer. Only then will I begin to create a programme to suit their needs.

I am a believer in keeping your life in balance. I use this principle when training people to be fit and healthy and I am a follower of it myself. I have always been very sporty and fitness conscious and I love to share ideas about healthy lifestyle, exercise and balanced eating with my clients.
